Real Estate Never Sleeps. Markets and shops have operating hours, but Real Estate runs 24 hours a day for 7 days a week. As a finite resource, it reduces availability and changes housing prices dramatically depending on local climates.
Stay ahead of the rat race by staying informed. The Real Estate Never Sleeps (RENS) Show cuts through all the B.S. you find from other sources and gets straight to the point. We’ll even drop in a few resources that no one else knows about to give you the competitive edge!
Part of The Real Estate Never Sleeps (RENS) Show is sharing Michael and Jason’s vision of giving back. With Michael being a veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps, the team sees a void that can be filled by helping struggling veterans get back on their feet to living an extraordinary life. In future episodes, you’ll be able to witness the giving back Michael and Jason do, from remodeling homes to building homes for our veterans.
Stay tuned for our weekly episodes, and don’t hesitate to send us a message at help@realestateneversleeps.com if you have any questions!
Jason Lucchesi
Jason Lucchesi has been a full-time real estate investor since 2008. With over $375 million in closed real estate transactions since 2002, Jason adds a vast array of knowledge to the industry, from creative real estate investing to off-market lead acquisitions. On top of being an accomplished real estate investor, Jason has written three Amazon best-selling books and has been helping serve thousands of aspiring real estate investors since 2002.
The current focus for Jason Lucchesi and his partners is continuing to wholesale residential and commercial properties and building long-term wealth through new construction projects and value-added multi-family opportunities. Jason and his team are always looking for properties that fit their AirBNB model to self-storage facilities with low occupancy rates.
Outside of real estate, Jason has been married to his lovely wife, Jamie, since 2007, and they have three amazing children. Jason enjoys being a youth basketball coach, spending time with his family, seeing the world, giving back to local/national charity groups, and watching re-runs of The Office.
Michael Bredthauer
Michael started in real estate shortly after leaving the Marines in 2010 and had a rough start for several years. With the help of his partner and long-time friend Jason, he was able to turn things around and become a full-time real estate investor.
Currently, Michael focuses on property acquisitions, helping members from their No Flipping Excuses Academy build their real estate investing businesses and building backend support for their company.
After his time in the service, Michael most enjoys rest and relaxation with his wife and two boys. He can be found camping, on road trips, or just hanging out when not behind the desk.
